I mean it when I say this is the Almightiest (if that can even be considered a word) of all Banana Breads. I have spent a lot of time perfecting it so that if and when I consume the entire loaf in a day, I don’t have to kick myself for giving into the temptation of fresh baking.
As a new year kicks off, I cant help but get excited about making fresh changes and habits to my life. For the past 3 years Ive been making a conscious effort to set new goals and write new affirmations to kick off a positive start to each new year.
If you have been following me on Instagram you would know by now that we brought a roof top tent! Totally random considering we will be a family of four this coming February! BUT after already spending two weekends away living the camp life, I know we will be taking this bad boy out as much as we can before it gets to chilly!
